This additional aging, known as the “marriage” process, helps harmonise the flavours for a smooth, mellow profile. Bottled at 51.4% ABV, this specific strength was carefully selected by Nikka’s blenders through extensive testing to deliver the ideal balance and complexity for a bold, full-bodied and gorgeous flavour.
