Powerhouse Chardonnay 700mL

Grown on a north-facing slope of the Derwent River, the grapes for this exceptional Powerhouse Chardonnay come from a well-established cool-climate vineyard known for producing some of Australia's best Chardonnay. The grapes are picked early to maintain their finesse. This straw-coloured wine showcases pure, delicate fruit flavours balanced by subtle French oak and chalky phenolics, all carried by a crisp acidity. Aromas of white peach, nutmeg spice, and butterscotch greet the nose, while the palate features flavours of white peach, citrus, and oatmeal. This Chardonnay can age well for up to 15 years and pairs wonderfully with seafood, chicken, pasta, and risotto.
