Powerhouse Riesling 700mL

The grapes for Powerhouse Riesling are hand-picked from vineyards along the scenic riverbanks of Hobart, Tasmania. Since the first Riesling vines were planted in 1992, grapes have been harvested on different days to achieve distinct flavour profiles. This dry wine showcases a pale straw color and an aromatic bouquet of mandarin, lime, and honeysuckle. On the palate, you'll find flavours of citrus, sherbet, and chalky phenolics, all leading to a bright, acidic finish that perfectly balances acidity and fruit. This wine can be cellared for up to 20 years and pairs wonderfully with delicate fish, chicken, or Asian cuisine. It’s also vegan-friendly.
